PINWHEELS FOR PEACE
On September 21, 2010, the students at the Harbor School observed the International Day of Peace.
As part of the celebration, every student in the school decorated and
assembled a pinwheel.
Over 600 pinwheels were displayed in the front garden and in the courtyard,
spelling out the word "PEACE" and creating large peace signs.
Many students also celebrated by wearing
outfits and jewelry displaying peace signs.
Some kids were covered in peace signs from head to toe!
